The Rundown

LOCATION

We will have everyone gather with us in the mojave desert at our property. The location is approximately 13 miles on a dirt road from the highway. The roads are well maintained and passable with all vehicles.

Directions will be emailed to all that RSVP closer to our big day. The nearest town is Ridgecrest, CA. We have a list of hotels on the FAQ page.

TIME

Welcoming time: 10AM

Midday snacks: 12 noon

Main Ceremony: 1:00PM

Dinner : 2:00 PM

Dancing: 3:00 PM to late

RSVPs

If you already sent your RSVP, no need to send another . This website is for informitive purposes. Please make sure to list all attending guests . Include children and their ages so we can have age appropriate toys and activities for them.

DRESS CODE

We are requesting formal polish with casual comfort. Be mindful we will be gathering in the desert, there will be dirt everywhere. Bring your dancing shoes, the main thing is to be comfortable. We would like to see our guests dressed in any earthtone colors they desire.

ACCOMMODATIONS

The property is a rural and we will have limited accomodation on site. The restrooms will be portable toilets.

There will be shaded and covered areas.

For those of you that will be staying on the property after the wedding, please remember that it is a camping situation. So bring all of your camping gear to make you feel most comfortable. We will be having a BBQ the next day if you would like to join.

WEATHER

November is usually a beautiful time in the desert. Please keep checking website as the date comes closer for updates.

GIFTS

Your presence is a present.

No gifts are necessary but if you feel inclined, donate what you see fit. Money would go towards our honeymoon and building our future.

Be mindful we have lived together for many years so we have all the household products.

It brings us great joy for you all to take the time to adventure to the desert and be apart of one of the biggest days of our lifes. For some of you, it will be your first time visiting the property . Your support gives us a huge sense of accomplishment for you all to come experience the hard work we have put in over the years.

WHAT TO BRING

We will be providing bench seating, but if you need more than that, all are encouraged to bring their own chairs.

Extra drinking water, this will be provided as well.

NOTE: While traveling in the desert, it is always a good idea to have extra water in your vehicle.

Extra snacks, in case we dont have what you want.

Comfortable shoes that can be in the dirt and are good for dancing.

TRAVEL TIPS

When traveling from Southern California the last gas stations are in Boron/Kramer Junction. It is wise to top off your gas here.

When traveling from Ridgecrest it is wise to fill up there before heading to our property.

THE DIRT ROAD

There will be signs and markers to make navigating more reasonable. We will also add solar lights to each sign to make it easier to see and guide you through the night.
